As a Business Development & Operations Associate, you will be accountable primarily to support company growth and internal operations. You are highly organized and proactive. This role will help ensure that business development opportunities are systematically identified, tracked, followed up and supported, while also coordinating selected internal operational priorities. The Associate will work closely with the President to maintain the business development pipeline, coordinate outreach, develop proposals and business development materials, and improve internal processes.
