Job summary

CEO.CA Technologies Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Client Management Analyst to drive client success, growth, and engagement across our digital platforms.

You will manage client portfolios, identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and collaborate with sales to optimize engagement and revenue. This full-time permanent role requires 2+ years in client-facing roles and a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

  • Service Delivery Coordination: ensure timely delivery of reports, insights, and summaries.
  • Reporting and Analysis: maintain trackers and prepare executive-facing performance updates.
  • Sales and Product Development Support: provide insights to aid sales improvements and new products.
  • Training and Documentation: create and maintain training materials and process docs.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: take on additional tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the organization to analyze and enhance client success, growth, and engagement across our digital platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Client Management Analyst will help manage a select portfolio of CEO.CA's clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong partnerships by identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. This role will support the streamlining of internal processes to maintain consistent client management and collaborate with the sales team to maximize engagement, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.

This is a full-time permanent position, working from our Toronto, Ontario office (69 Yonge Street).

  • Client Portfolio Management. Support the management of CEO.CA client portfolios, fostering strong client relationships, coordinating day-to-day account activities, and ensuring effective communication and milestone achievement.
  • Strategic Account Planning. Support the development of tailored account strategies that align client goals with CEO.CA’s offerings and maximize long-term client value.
  • Team Organization and Coordination. Provide operational support to the client management team, helping coordinate accounts, maintain workload visibility, and keep internal processes organized.
  • Service Delivery Coordination. Coordinate and track consistent delivery of client services, including reports, insights, and end-of-service summaries, to ensure deliverables are completed to the highest standard and on time.
  • Reporting and Analysis. Manage client and financial trackers, prepare reports for executives on sales performance, client health, and engagement trends while identifying potential growth opportunities.
  • Sales and Product Development Support. Provide insights to support sales process improvements, and the introduction of new products to clients and internal teams.
  • Training and Documentation. Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation, ensuring the team remains aligned and effective.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Experience. 2+ years of professional experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role within a digital, SaaS, or tech-focused environment, with experience managing an assigned portfolio or book of business.
  • Education. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Geology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Client Growth & Retention. Proven ability to foster strong client relationships, drive renewals and retention, and identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Client Success & Reporting. Experience tracking client performance and key success metrics, interpreting data, and translating insights into actionable reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Sales & Marketing Insight. Experience with lead generation, sponsorship/ad sales, or competitor analysis to support client growth strategies is a plus.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills. Strong ability to track client performance metrics, interpret financial/market data, and prepare actionable reports and presentations.
  • Organization & Prioritization. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, meetings, and internal workflows effectively.
  • Communication & Collaboration. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, communicate confidently with clients and executives, and identify client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge. Experience or interest in capital markets, investor relations, fintech, mining, or investments is an asset.
  • Technical Proficiency. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and other digital tools; familiarity with data analysis software is a plus.

COMPENSATION RANGE

CAD $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
