- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality business development or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong analytical skills and hospitality business modelling skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
