Job summary

Bayview Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine Clinic Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across two locations. You will build and nurture relationships with physicians, businesses, and community partners to generate referrals and new patient opportunities.

The role focuses on outreach, partnerships, and strategic marketing efforts to expand our community presence and reach. This is a part-time position (12 hours) with salary plus bonus/commission, based in Aurora, Ontario,

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales within healthcare optional but preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for B2B outreach.
• Ability to build partnerships and referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, businesses, and referral partners.
• Identify and pursue new business and referral opportunities across two clinic locations.
• Increase awareness of physiotherapy services in local communities.
• Visit and build relationships with referral sources at both locations.
• Develop outreach strategies to generate new patient referrals.
• Represent the clinic at community and professional events.
• Follow up with partners and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Track leads, referrals, partnerships, and activities.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to meet growth targets.
• Contribute to creative marketing and outreach initiatives for both sites.

We are looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to support business growth across our two physiotherapy clinic locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating referral partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and making a measurable impact on growth.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, businesses, community organizations, and other referral partners
• Identify and pursue new business and referral opportunities
• Increase awareness of our physiotherapy services within the local communities
• Visit and build relationships with referral sources at both clinic locations
• Develop outreach and partnership strategies to generate new patient referrals
• Represent the clinic at community events, networking opportunities, and professional events
• Follow up with referral partners and maintain ongoing relationships
• Track leads, referrals, partnerships, and business development activities
• Work closely with the clinic and leadership teams to achieve growth targets
• Help develop creative marketing and outreach initiatives for both locations

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, account management, or relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Professional and confident when communicating with healthcare professionals and businesses
• Comfortable travelling between our two clinic locations
• A genuine interest in healthcare and helping patients access quality care
• Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or a related industry is an asset
