Job Description

  • Represent the mission, values, and expertise of the company.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies locally and contribute to international business initiatives.
  • Maintain accounts and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market data.
  • Mine/prospect potential client contacts for the Business Development team for follow-up.
  • Collaborate on the creation, implementation, and maintenance of client communication tools, including email announcements, LinkedIn, and website content.
  • Participate in events aligned with business strategies.
  • Capable of selling projects and consulting services.

Profile

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in CRO, business development activities, or pharmaceutical-related fields.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and independent.
  • Ability to meet monthly target objectives.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and convince.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Sciences, with a DESS in administration preferred.

Salary

  • Salary will be based on experience, starting at $86,000 to $150,000 plus commissions.
