This role is as a key player in the CAE Defence & Security (D&S) Business Development and Capture team. As a CAE BD Manager, you will be responsible for pursuing, developing and winning training and mission support business opportunities as part of CAE’s strategy to sustain its leadership as Canada’s foremost training and military operational support company. It requires sound business development sense, specialized military environmental expertise, procurement and defence policy knowledge, and the ability to take opportunities to the point of bid, and into execution.
