Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a high-performing Territory Account Manager to lead Ontario growth and expand Atlantic Canada accounts for a leading medical equipment mounting solutions manufacturer.

The role requires travel across Canada, technical demonstrations, and managing key hospitals, EMS agencies, and health authorities with a balanced focus on new and existing business. Compensation ranges CA$120,000.00–CA$250,000.00 annually (OTE).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically with capital equipment or medical devices.
  • Experience in the EMS/Paramedic field is an asset.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Atlantic Canada.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not mandatory for the Atlantic Canada role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales across Ontario, targeting hospitals, EMS agencies, and health authorities.
  • Manage and stimulate the distribution network within the territory.
  • Provide technical demonstrations of mounting systems and medical equipment management solutions.
  • Develop sales forecasts and contribute to territory strategy alongside executive leadership.
  • Navigate complex RFP processes and government-related sales environments.
  • Maintain 50/50 balance between new business acquisition and existing account management.

As the organization expands across Canada, they are seeking a high-performing Territory Account Manager to lead their growth in Atlantic Canada. This is a high-impact role responsible for both hunting new business and expanding existing accounts within the healthcare and EMS sectors.

Compensation: CA$120,000.00 - CA$250,000.00 per year (Total OTE)
