Manulife Wealth & Asset Management is seeking a Business Development Manager in Vancouver. You will build relationships with financial advisors, deliver investment solutions, and drive growth across your region.
In this role you will develop sales plans, present to groups, and collaborate with internal partners to provide market insights and portfolio expertise. A strong track record in sales and knowledge of investment products are required for success.
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a key role in driving the growth of Manulife Wealth & Asset Management across your region. You will build meaningful relationships with financial advisors, understand their business objectives, and deliver tailored investment and business-building solutions that help them grow and succeed. Leveraging Manulife's broad suite of investment solutions, portfolio management expertise, and sales and practice management resources, you will serve as a trusted business partner to advisors. Working as part of a collaborative territory team that includes an External Wholesaler and Territory Coordinator, you will be accountable for expanding advisor engagement, increasing sales, and growing market share within your assigned region.

Location Vancouver, British Columbia. Working Arrangement Hybrid. The compensation for this role includes salary and sales incentives and is expected to be between $100,000.00 CAD - $140,000.00 CAD. Employees participate in sales incentive programs and earn incentive compensation based on role-specific criteria. Actual compensation will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, local market conditions as well as relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training.
