Base pay range

CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$200,000.00/yr

Permanent role, remote across Canada. Work in specific time zone may be required.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager for our client to drive adoption and revenue growth for their cloud solutions. This high-impact role involves developing strategies, supporting sales teams, and building key relationships to overcome go-to-market challenges. The ideal candidate excels in cloud transformation, sales, and partner management, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies and the media production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for cloud adoption and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting and coaching sales teams.
  • Evangelize cloud solutions at industry events and webinars.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns.
  • Manage strategic relationships with partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cloud-focused business development and sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and train sales teams.
  • Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry.

Compensation:

$150K - $200K per year + full benefits packages

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
