Job description

Inspection Managed Account Representative
Business Development
About the job
Tired of selling something people don't actually need?

Fire alarm, sprinkler and other life safety equipment inspections aren't "nice to have" - they are mandated by federal and provincial codes and standards, recur each year, and are essential to keeping buildings and the people inside them safe. That means less economic-cycle whiplash, fewer discretionary-spend objections and fewer stalled deals caused by "maybe next year" conversations.

If you're a hunter who is ready to build a career around required, recurring customer needs - not "one-off' discretionary projects - read on.

The Role

You'll grow Chubb Fire & Security's life safety inspection business by expanding relationships beyond our established customer base and developing new inspection accounts across Atlantic Canada.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven hunting position - utilizing cross-selling, site surveys, target account development, and long-term partnerships built on value.

This is not a cold-call only sales job where you spend all day on the phone. We win through trust, expertise, and showing up - not on pressure.

Prior fire & life safety industry experience is a plus but not required. We'll teach you the technical side. What we can't teach is work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine curiosity about your customer's business - that part is on you.

Why Top Sales Professionals Choose Chubb Fire & Security
  • Compensation that compounds. Competitive base+ a bonus plan that rewards new inspection agreements.
  • Backed by APi Group. We're part of APi Group, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company celebrating its 100-year anniversary in 2026 and one of the industry's largest life safety companies globally. That means stability, resources, and support behind every customer relationship you build.
  • One team. Chubb Fire & Security shares playbooks, training, insights, and best practices across the country - You're never selling alone.
  • Equity in the outcome. Profit sharing and Employee Stock Purchase Plan - you own a piece of what you help build.
  • Values-first hiring. Culture fit isn't a buzzword here; it's written into how we recruit.
