We are a technology consulting firm specializing in digital transformation based in Canada. We are looking for an experienced candidate to help in generating leads and new business development.
This position will be responsible for contacting potential clients (B2B), identifying their business needs, and matching them to the right solutions before transferring the qualified lead to the Sales executive.
This role is very critical in helping Rules Cube achieve its strategic priorities by supporting new business pipelines.
What You Will Do
- Discover and identify new leads during the first sales stage by searching, connecting, and managing prospects.
- Contact prospects to establish successful relationships and develop new opportunities.
- Nurture the lead until it can be converted to a sales opportunity that will be transferred to the Sales executive.
- Build, maintain, and forecast prospect pipeline, informing the CRM system on progress and ensuring data quality.
- Conduct wide-based research (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels) to identify new business opportunities in Canada and internationally.
- Conduct SPIN selling by identifying potential clients' key business questions, pain points, and products that support client needs.
- Qualify and score leads by assessing product fit, urgency, and budget.
- Evaluate the success of activities you lead and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the Sales Executive to identify the right leads and the best approach.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in Lead Generation, sales, or business development using dedicated channels.
- Proven experience working with Sales Hub, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience in sales or demand generation within the Financial Industry is a must; experience with Contact Center is a plus.
- A strong technology background is recommended.
- Hands-on experience with market analysis and defining strategies to target new accounts, develop the business, and create opportunities.
- At least 2 years of experience with search engines and research strategies.
- Good listening skills, positive and energetic phone manner, and strong writing skills.
- Ability to create and present high-level PPT presentations of technical solutions relevant to prospects' industries.
- Preferably experience in B2B sales.
- Eager to discover valuable insights from customers.
- Solid experience with project management processes and tools; excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive, and achievement-driven.
- Curiosity and ability to quickly understand new concepts.
