Role Overview

The Business Development Coordinator supports the execution of business development activities at D2L. This role is ideal for someone interested in a future in Sales. Responsibilities include monitoring inquiries, managing the RFP inbox, conducting account research, updating CRM data, and assisting in creating training materials.

Major Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to email and voicemail inquiries
  • Research target customers and develop campaign lists
  • Maintain CRM data quality
  • Create training documents
  • Update the Business Development team hub
  • Record post-campaign customer information in CRM
KPIs
  • Number of contacts added, accounts refreshed, research conducted
  • Regular meetings with sales leaders for feedback
Qualifications
