About The Role

Reporting to the Sales Managers, the Sales Business Development Coordinator will be well versed in identifying and securing new leads, and maintaining client relationships for the Sales department.

Duties And Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)

  • Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
  • Ensure that a minimum of 25 prospecting calls will be made daily.
  • Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and/or appointments via telephone, emails, and text messages.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and follow-up.
  • Prepare, record and reconcile warranty claims and submit them to the manufacturer
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills, ability to provide active listening and ensure that 110% customer service experience is delivered.
  • Possess strong organizational, follow-up and paper-flow handling skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
  • Responsible for greeting and screening visitors in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of profiles and log sheets, stocking new vehicles as they arrive, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
