Job summary

Pryco Global Inc. is seeking a motivated and independent Business Development Consultant to enhance their environmental services. This commission-based role offers a competitive compensation structure with a 7% commission on secured projects and an optional monthly retainer. Ideal candidates will have existing industry connections and the ability to work autonomously, driving sales across Alberta's development sectors.

Benefits

Qualifications

  • Existing contacts in development, brokerage, or government sectors is a major plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with environmental due diligence and site contamination is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in Phase II ESA and remediation services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers and municipalities.
  • Help secure 1–2 new contracts/month in Phase II or remediation.

Position : Business Development Consultant – Environmental Services

Company : PRYCO Global Inc.

Location : Alberta (Remote + Local Travel)

Compensation : Commission-based (7% of closed project value) + Optional Monthly Retainer ($1,200 negotiable)

PRYCO Global Inc. is a multidisciplinary consulting firm based in Edmonton, AB, delivering environmental assessments, remediation, cost consulting, and geotechnical services across Western Canada.

We’re looking for a motivated, connected, and independent BD Consultant to drive sales in Phase II ESA and remediation services, especially with oil & gas firms, developers, and municipalities.

Identify and qualify new business leads in Alberta (Edmonton, Calgary, and surrounding)

Build and maintain relationships with developers, real estate brokers, and municipalities

Coordinate with PRYCO’s technical team to structure proposals and presentations

Represent PRYCO at industry events and meetings

Help secure 1–2 new contracts / month in Phase II or remediation

What You Bring :

Existing contacts in development, brokerage, or government sectors is a major plus
