Peoples Group in Toronto is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support the growth of the Payments business. You will manage the sales pipeline, build analytics, and develop strategic reporting for executive leadership.
The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in business analysis or sales operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.
We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. This is for a 1-year fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent.
The Business Development Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth of the Payments business through pipeline management, business analytics, strategic reporting, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of sales pipeline data, developing revenue forecasts, analyzing business performance trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision‑making.

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in‑office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.
The expected salary for this role is approximately $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
