We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected torelocateandresidein a location that is within a commutable distance.
This is for a 1-year fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent.
The Business Development Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth of the Payments business through pipeline management, business analytics, strategic reporting, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of sales pipeline data, developing revenue forecasts, analyzing business performance trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
1-3 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, business development support, reporting, analytics, or a related role.

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.
If your application is selected, you will be invited for a first interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Business Partners. Depending on the role, interviews may be conducted virtually orin-person. The hiring team will communicate any in-person requirements throughout the process.
The expected salary for this role isapproximately $55,000.00- $65,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
