We proudly operate five in-house brands—including Village Juicery, Detour Coffee, Dear Grain, and Tori’s Bakeshop—with growing wholesale business focused on being a one-stop-shop supplier and partner for independent retailers, grocers, and foodservice operators who want curated, high-quality products with exceptional service. Outside of our in-house brands, we have a growing portfolio of partners we proudly distribute, including Canadian favorites like Lactalis, Mid-Day Squares, Barbet, and City Seltzer, and more. With low minimums, six-day delivery, and a people-led approach to sales, we make it easy for our customers to win.

  • Build Relationships – Maintain strong account relationships, deliver incredible service, and keep the shelves stocked and the vibes high.
  • Grow Your Book – Manage your book of accounts like a mini business: tracking pipeline, samples, promos, and performance.
  • Support Launches – Assist with new product rollouts, pop-ups, tastings, and events.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely across teams, with sales, marketing, and ops teams to make sure what’s promised is delivered.
  • Stay Nimble – Adapt, problem-solve, and move fast in a startup-paced environment. We win together.

  • A go-getter mindset, you thrive on goals and action.
  • Passion for better-for-you brands, entrepreneurship, and community
  • Great communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (you’ll be on the move)
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking your sales journey

  • You’re a thoughtful collaborator and contribute positively to team initiatives
  • You open 10+ new accounts per month and develop genuine, lasting relationships
  • Your customers know and trust you—you’re a go-to for insights and support
  • You bring ideas, energy, and adaptability to the table every day

Why Big League?

  • A mission-driven team with deep industry experience and a supportive culture
