Canadian Tire Services Limited/Canadian Tire Bank is seeking a Business Data Analyst to manage data assets and promote governance across sourcing, storage and use. You will ensure data quality, lineage, and documentation while supporting cross-functional data initiatives.
You will liaise between IT, data owners and experts, and help build a collaborative data environment with strong governance and transparency across the organization.
As the Business Data Analyst, you will provide structured transparency and management of our data assets. By focusing on data sourcing, integration, data quality and governance principles, the Business Data Analyst will ensure we know where our data comes from, is stored, is going and how it is being used and transformed along the way. The Business Data Analyst will enable a collaborative data environment where all stakeholders have access to the data they need, understanding, confidence and trust in the data they use and support for the data they steward.

$53,000 – $88,000 CAD
Ourtypical hiring range is between $70,000 and $75,000 CAD. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-NZ2
