A leading company is seeking a Business Consultant with strong experience in Environmental Management Systems (EMS). This 8-month contract position, with the potential for a 12-month extension, requires work onsite three days a week in Toronto. Business Consultant - Environmental Management System (EMS) experience is Must

7-month contract

3 days onsite per week at Toronto Location

Must Haves:

• University degree in business, management or a related discipline and four years of related experience
• Active certification in CAPM, PMP or PgMP from PMI or equivalent, or an active CMC designation from a member institute of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes
• 5 years of experience with Environmental Management System (EMS)
• 5 years of experience conducting, facilitating, and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios
• 5 years of experience managing projects in organizations of comparable size and complexity to the Government
• 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital transformation initiatives or digital delivery programs
• 5 years of experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and design creative solutions
• Experience at senior management level or above in organizations of comparable size and complexity to Government clients
• 5 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits
• Experience in analysis, development, and integration of complex IT systems
• Experience with change management
• Experience with systems development methodologies and life cycles for application development
