Job Details

We are seeking a Transactional Attorney / Contract Attorney with:

• License to practice law in OH
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience/background in business, tax, transactions, lending, finance, or accounting (preferred)
• Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on transactions, mergers, acquisitions, business entities, due diligence, and regulatory laws
