These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Business Application Consulting, Salesforce Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying client needs, responding to requests for proposals, and providing estimates for solution development.
  • Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices, and implementing multiple platform suites of products for financial services clients.
  • Mentoring the next generation of consultants, providing insights and challenging them to improve.
  • Coaching, guiding, and assisting team members in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and proposals.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle with at least 5 years of experience and 3 years in a technical lead role, leading complex Salesforce deployments with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to guide development teams on optimal platform technology use, identifying and mitigating technical risks, with strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and platform-specific limits.
  • Experience developing and reviewing code on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including identifying development-related risks and limits.
  • Awareness of common integration patterns and experience with Salesforce Platform integrations.
  • Understanding of functional security models and security solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Knowledge of data migration considerations, design trade-offs, ETL tools, and strategies for large data volumes, along with reporting considerations.
  • Experience in implementing agile methodologies, understanding SDLC, and adapting processes through DevOps practices and source control management.
  • Salesforce Developer Certifications such as Platform Developer I, II, Industries CPQ Developer, Omnistudio Developer, or Architect certifications.
  • Proficiency in guiding teams through complex deployments and troubleshooting, articulating technical trade-offs clearly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce design patterns, limits, and managing technical communications with stakeholders.
  • For Quebec-based roles, fluency in French is required; outside Quebec, it is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $103,000.00 - $171,800.00 CAD annually, plus potential bonuses. Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
