These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Business Application Consulting, Salesforce Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying client needs, responding to requests for proposals, and providing estimates for solution development.
  • Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices, and implementing multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients.
  • Mentoring the next generation of consultants by providing insights and challenging them to improve.
  • Coaching, guiding, and assisting team members in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and proposals.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle with at least 5 years of experience and 3 years in a technical lead role, leading complex Salesforce deployments with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to guide development teams on optimal platform technology use, identify and mitigate technical risks, with strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and platform-specific considerations.
  • Experience developing or reviewing code on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including identifying development-related risks and limits.
  • Awareness of common integration patterns and proven experience with Salesforce integrations.
  • Understanding of functional security models and security solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Knowledge of data migration considerations, design trade-offs, ETL tools, large data volume risks, and reporting considerations.
  • Experience implementing agile development methodologies, understanding SDLC, and applying DevOps practices and source control management.
  • Possession of one or more Salesforce Developer Certifications, such as Platform Developer I & II, Industries CPQ Developer, Omnistudio Developer, or Architect certifications.
  • Proficiency in guiding teams through complex deployments and troubleshooting, with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform’s design patterns and limits, managing and delivering nuanced technical messages to stakeholders and end users.

The salary range* for this position is $103,000.00 - 171,800.00 CAD annually, plus potential bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
