Our client a leading financial institution inDowntown Torontois looking for aBusiness Analyst – Payments, ISO to lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for the payment modernization project. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the new payments platform.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge identified gaps.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably with a Financial Institution)
• Knowledge of payment systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with capital markets.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• ISO Knowledge is an asset

Soft Skills Required:

• Proven experience in leading complex projects and driving business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:
