What YOU Get to Do:

Manage special projects, support essential capital planning exercises, and lead ongoing market and sales cycle analysis. Specifically:

• Support Capital budget processes, track progress towards business cases, and facilitate corporate reporting
• Handle annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and risk identification
• Support sales territory and key account analysis to identify opportunities and aid sales planning
• Lead multiple strategic projects and analyses
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans from ideation to execution
• Monitor project status, manage issues and risks, and adjust plans accordingly
• Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and technical teams
• Communicate effectively to manage expectations and project progress
• Document workflows and operational processes

Qualifications

What YOU Bring:

Professional Designation/Certification:

• Degree in business, health, or relevant experience

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years in project management or business analysis in healthcare, pharmacy, or tech
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to learn capital planning, forecasting, and reporting; financial acumen is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to make sound recommendations

Additional Information:

• English proficiency required; French is a benefit

Salary Range: $64,000-$96,000

Performance Bonus: 10%
