Position:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our Products team. You will play a key role in understanding user needs, defining requirements and designing solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners (PO) and development teams to deliver user-friendly, robust and secure portfolio management solutions.

• Conduct detailed analyses of user needs, especially for complex functionalities or those requiring market expertise;
• Identify real needs by asking questions to understand the problem or opportunity, what we want to achieve and why;
• Work closely with the Product Managers (PMs) of agile development teams to translate user requirements into clear, concise and testable user stories, including acceptance criteria;
• Actively participate in refinement sessions, clarifying user stories and answering questions;
• Work in collaboration with the development and testing teams to ensure that the solution developed delivers added value to customers;
• Ensure the quality of the solution by being involved in test cycles;
• In collaboration with the Product Leader and Product Managers (PMs), ensure that everyone shares a common understanding of needs and objectives;
• Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and their impact on existing operations.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are in line with the product vision;
• Produce clear and concise documentation of user requirements, user stories and decisions taken, to facilitate understanding and traceability;
• Provide market expertise when analyzing needs and defining solutions, in particular for aspects related to portfolio management;
• Carry out market studies and analyses of the competition and the portfolio management field;
• Contribute to the definition of product strategy.
  
  

Requirements:

Bilingualism required: French and English

Education & Experience

• University degree in finance, computer science or related field;
• At least 5 years' experience in business analysis, ideally in an Agile environment;
• Knowledge of database environments (SQL) is an asset;
• Experience in portfolio management.

• Solid understanding of the financial sector;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in French and English;
• Aptitudes for business modeling and modeling of adapted and optimized technological solutions;
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Mastery of Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
