Capco in Toronto is seeking a Consultant to help implement and evolve insurance technology platforms. You will translate business needs into practical solutions across underwriting, policy administration and related capabilities, working with clients and delivery teams through the full lifecycle.
We look for 3+ years in business analysis or insurance consulting, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

As a Consultant, you will work with clients and delivery teams to support the implementation, integration and ongoing evolution of insurance technology platforms. You will help translate business needs into practical solutions, working across capabilities such as new applications, underwriting, policy administration, and the integrations that connect these capabilities with the broader technology ecosystem.
You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, from understanding requirements and business processes through solution design, testing and implementation. This is a hands‑on consulting role where you will be expected to learn quickly, contribute actively and build credibility with clients and project teams.
Our consultants may contribute across multiple projects or workstreams, so you will need to be comfortable navigating changing priorities, new subject matter and different client environments.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to travel to client sites as required based on project and client needs.

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
