Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst/Technical Support Specialist to support technology project delivery and change initiatives within an Agile environment. This role collaborates with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to coordinate projects, manage change requests, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery.

You will help document requirements, write user stories, and maintain project artifacts, while acting as a bridge among multiple teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technology Delivery.
• Experience supporting pricing, lending, mortgages or financial services applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and project tracking tools.
• Ability to gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Experience with change management, including handling change requests.
• Understanding of software development, networking, and technology concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités
