Overview

Our client seeks a Business Analyst to perform data analysis and interpret information that supports management insights and decision-making. The role involves building custom reports, collaborating with reporting teams, and navigating large support databases to extract meaningful insights, requiring a solid understanding of data structures and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze management data to define operational problems.
• Define data requirements, gather, and validate information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Extract, integrate, and manipulate data across various sources.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data modeling, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Data cleansing and transformation using Power Query M, DAX, and SQL.
