The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Lead business transformation projects.
- Apply a business analysis framework to ensure project success.
- Document Business Process and Workflow Models (As-Is and To-Be).
- Develop use cases based on business process and workflow models.
- Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures effectively.
- Elicit, document, manage, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into business rules.
- Define and scope the business problem or opportunity and identify potential solutions.
- Verify that solutions meet requirements and assess the benefits and costs of each option.
- Identify risks, issues, and assumptions related to solutions and contribute to risk management processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and integrate into the overall architecture.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and SMEs.
- Research and recommend new approaches and technological solutions for data and integration services.
- Create and document feasibility studies, business cases, technical assessments, RFX requirements, project charters, manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and manage testing plans to ensure solutions support business processes.
- Coordinate and execute test scripts using formal testing methodologies.
- Serve as Test Lead, guiding SMEs through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure quality assurance and data integrity in the solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Conduct organizational readiness activities to prepare the business for change.
- Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
