Job Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 1 year

Location of Work: Regina, SK

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

1. Lead business transformation projects.
2. Apply a business analysis framework to ensure project success.
3. Document Business Process and Workflow Models (As-Is and To-Be).
4. Develop use cases based on business process and workflow models.
5. Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures effectively.
6. Elicit, document, manage, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Translate business requirements into business rules.
8. Define and scope the business problem or opportunity and identify potential solutions.
9. Verify that solutions meet requirements and assess the benefits and costs of each option.
10. Identify risks, issues, and assumptions related to solutions and contribute to risk management processes.
11. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and integrate into the overall architecture.
12. Act as a liaison between technical teams and SMEs.
13. Research and recommend new approaches and technological solutions for data and integration services.
14. Create and document feasibility studies, business cases, technical assessments, RFX requirements, project charters, manuals, policies, and procedures.
15. Develop and manage testing plans to ensure solutions support business processes.
16. Coordinate and execute test scripts using formal testing methodologies.
17. Serve as Test Lead, guiding SMEs through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
18. Ensure quality assurance and data integrity in the solutions.
19. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
20. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
21. Conduct organizational readiness activities to prepare the business for change.
22. Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
