Job summary

E Talent Network is seeking two Business Analysts to join the Nuclear Business Technology team to help with requirements management, workshop facilitation, presentations, business analysis, etc. for the NBT program. Onsite required as there is a lot of business facing interaction.

5+ years in a BA role for software delivery and a Certified Business Analyst or related degree are preferred. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BA role for software delivery.
• Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Certified Business Analyst professional or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and prepare planning documentation.
• Create Use Case documentation, testing materials and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and document complex business concepts.
• Conduct journey mapping and business process modeling.
• Review and analyze documentation, with recommendations.
• Produce job aids and manage requirements throughout delivery.
