Job Description

The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following services to the client :

• Support the project team and stakeholders across multiple departments to gather business requirements and produce key business artifacts using best practices.
• Participate in information gathering and consultation with stakeholders to define business requirements related to project deployment phases.
• Perform business process analysis, defining and documenting current and future state business and system processes.
• Assist and conduct business analysis activities through active stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with technical and non-technical resources, documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare detailed specifications documents for evaluation, selection, and testing of solutions.
• Develop user acceptance test plans and participate in testing and end-user training.
• Support and collaborate with bank employees during evaluations and deployments.
• Develop and deliver communications to clients and stakeholders.
• Create end-user documentation, guidelines, visuals, and training materials.
• Perform other activities and deliverables as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

The candidate should have :

• University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in business analysis and managing stakeholder relationships.
• At least five (5) years as a Senior Business Systems Analyst on large-scale projects involving technologies like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Cloud-Based access controls.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SAML, Oath.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles.
• Experience in implementing and migrating enterprise Access Management solutions.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and validate complex requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and devise appropriate responses.
• Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of system development methodologies and testing processes.
