The Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) team delivers shared technology services that support business applications and end users across the organization. We are committed to enabling our businesses with market-leading technology platforms that are resilient, secure, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Insights, Reporting, and Tooling team within the ETS Chief Operating Office. This role supports high-visibility projects and demands strong analytical, reporting, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze large datasets to generate reports and respond to ad hoc data requests.
• Calendarize and maintain regular reporting cadences across Financials, Workforce, and Portfolio domains.
• Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements, define scope, and track progress using Jira.
• Maintain Jira Advanced Roadmaps and organize Kanban boards for efficient project tracking.
• Support governance documentation including process flows, artifacts, and role definitions.
• Prioritize multiple workstreams, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvements across the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing projects and workflows in Jira, including Advanced Roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, especially Power BI and Power Automate, for reporting and process automation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive and accountable mindset, capable of taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with process documentation and governance frameworks.
• Understanding of enterprise technology environments or financial/technology services domains.
