Intermediate IT Technical Business Analyst responsible for transitioning a pilot Microsoft 365 digital adoption service to a permanent offering, enhancing productivity and collaboration through strategic enablement.

Must Have skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Experience leading technical teams through multiple IT implementations in large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to define project scope and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 user-facing apps and developing solutions that drive adoption.
• Strong ability to gather requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing SOPs, adoption metrics, training materials, and user guides.
• Experience analyzing process maps and data flow diagrams for business process documentation.
• Experience developing a wide range of project documents including strategic and IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT service management, application development, and maintenance.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project timelines, priorities, and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of creating dashboards, KPIs, and reports for user engagement.
