Job Description Summary

Oversee and potentially lead requirements management throughout the lifecycle of high-risk, strategic, complex initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to broad business solutions with full traceability to realize benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders, applying various techniques to elicit, challenge, and gain consensus.
• Identify, document, and validate current processes; support stakeholders to design future states; provide recommendations based on customer experience.
• Support requirements delivery, monitor risks, ensure quality, and track progress.
• Analyze impacted processes/systems, define acceptance criteria, and ensure changes meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Change Management to assess and manage stakeholder impacts.
• Manage traceability of requirements and leverage domain knowledge to understand business, product, and vision.
• Promote innovation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Escalate issues promptly and recommend solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively to align delivery with objectives.
• Apply analytical skills to understand problems, risks, and solutions, escalating issues as needed.
