You must have a high school diploma, a valid Nova Scotia license, and several years of customer service and driving experience. This casual role pays CAD 22.54 per hour plus vacation pay and operates from 123 Empire Street.

The Bus Operator (Casual) is responsible for the safe and effective operation of transit vehicles in the Town of Bridgewater while providing excellent customer service. The Bus Operator operates transit vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and established routes and schedules without compromising safety, assists passengers with boarding and accessibility needs, conducts vehicle inspections, monitors vehicle condition and maintains required records and documentation.
