Job summary

Qualifications

  • Related training such as first aid, defensive driving, or heavy equipment operation is a plus.

Position Details: Drive the morning and afternoon route on days the students are in school.

Route: RVCI 2- pick up students within the School Catchment area.

Duties: The primary goal of a Bus Driver is the safe, efficient, and punctual transportation of students.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Valid Class drivers license with School Bus Endorsement
  • School Bus Endorsement training will be provided to successful applicants
  • A clean drivers abstract as determined by the sole discretion of the Board
  • Satisfactory results from a medical examination in accordance with Board procedure and The Highway Traffic Act
  • Related training such as courses in first aid, defensive driving, or heavy equipment operation would be considered an asset

Wage & Benefits: Prairie South School Division offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The rate of pay is determined by the route length.
