Job summary

Running Room is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to help guests find the right running gear and provide great service. You will engage customers with open-ended questions, make thoughtful product recommendations, operate the POS, and research items as needed.

A clean, well-organized store and friendly team environment are emphasized. We offer a supportive work culture, employee discounts, and a consistent schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We're about helping people find the right fit or perfect product, not about aggressive selling.
