Job summary

Staples Canada in Amherst, NS is seeking a warehouse team member to receive, store, and move products using equipment and to perform tasks under supervision. You will use forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker as needed, ensure order accuracy, and operate hand-held scanners to record product information.

Safety is emphasized; you will collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers and purchasing personnel to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months' related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability and interest to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment will be considered.

T he employee will operate warehouse equipment. Using proper safety procedures will eliminate any potential hazards.
