Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering Technology, Building Science, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Eligibility or registration with EGBC as an Engineer or Engineer-in-Training.
• Experience in consulting engineering, building assessments, or restoration work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building investigation reports, design documentation, and technical appendices.
• Participate in building envelope reviews, restoration assessments, site investigations, and condition verifications.
• Perform non-invasive investigations and collect field test data from diverse sites.
• Visit active construction sites to document observations and confirm compliance.
• Develop long-term capital plans and support diverse client groups.
