Job summary

Autism Services in Saskatoon is seeking a Building Operator to maintain building systems and perform routine and preventive maintenance, ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently.

The role requires Grade 12, Fourth Class Engineer's License and Refrigeration Engineer's License (TSASK), BOMI Systems Maintenance Certificate (SMC), and 3–5 years of mechanical/building systems experience. Evening and weekend shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education is required.
• Possession of Fourth Class Engineer's License with TSASK.
• Possession of Refrigeration Engineer's License with TSASK.
• Possession of BOMI SMC or ability to obtain it.
• Three years of mechanical/building systems maintenance experience.
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean SGI abstract.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operating building systems and equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and the public.
• Address issues and coordinate with Building Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and compliance with records and checks.
