Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Alberta Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate is required.
• Post-secondary training in Power Engineering, Building Environmental Systems, HVAC Technology, or related discipline is an asset.
• Safety training (WHMIS and OHS) is required or to be obtained on hire.
• First Aid/CPR and other safety certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and optimize building systems to ensure safe, reliable tenant experiences.
• Monitor BAS/BMS and HVAC controls to maintain comfort and energy efficiency.
• Respond to tenant service requests with professional, timely support.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Property Management, and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and equipment histories.
• Assist in water treatment, energy management, and sustainability initiatives.
