Reporting to the Building Superintendent, the Building Operator works independently and as part of a fast-paced team, servicing all aspects of building maintenance procedures, responding to emergencies, and interacting with staff and committee members. The role requires flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and may involve working evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
