Job description

• You will support the Team by understanding priorities and safety requirements.
• Respond to all calls promptly, which includes being on-call on a rotating basis.
• Be able to solve major problems, either mechanical, technical, or tenant relations.
• Issue work permits for on-site third-party vendors.
• Maintain all service tools and equipment in good working condition and arrange for repair or replacement.
• Perform risk assessments for any jobs.
• Local travel to different sites; a company vehicle is provided.
• Safety conscious always.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Minimum 5th class ABSA Power Engineering certification (Previous Building Operator "A" or "B" certification).
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Must pass required enhanced security checks.

WE VALUE

• 4th class ABSA Power Engineering certification valued.
• Trade certificate such as Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Millwright, Electrical, etc.
