***This position is for a Building Operator based at Metrotower in Burnaby***

About the role

You are a great teammate that thrives with delivering top quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations including water treatment testing, supervising HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives.

In this role

You build positive working relationships not only with tenants but also with your team members, sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group. You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.

What you bring

2-5 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license

Bonus skills and experience

Ability to multi-task and be responsive to time sensitive tasks

Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $52,000.00 to $65,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
