Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations management of critical facilities or maintenance of major industrial facilities.
• Experience leading technical staff, technicians or contractors.
• Ability to interpret and implement safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems to ensure optimal environment for data centers and offices.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and incident response.
• Supervise staff and contractors, ensure timely service delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with procurement for contracts and services; monitor energy usage and efficiency.
