Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a Building Manager in Guelph, ON to oversee daily operations and maintenance while ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The role includes coordinating maintenance, supporting tenant relations, handling administrative duties, and working 40 hours per week with weekend shifts and on-call duty. A valid First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance/cleaning experience preferred.
• Obtain a valid First Aid certification, paid for by the Company.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).
• Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential.
• Team Player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Support tenant relations and handle administrative duties as needed.
• Show vacant suites to prospective residents and collect rents.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of common areas and respond to emergencies.
• Follow on-call schedule and assist the Property Manager as required.
