You will work independently while partnering closely with property management, vendors, contractors, and fellow facilities team members to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard. The role offers a diverse mix of maintenance, operational, and resident‑focused responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in maintaining exceptional communities.
