Job summary

KP Cleaning Group Inc. in Vancouver is seeking an on-site maintenance helper to keep the building clean and well maintained. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing floors, and general upkeep of hallways and stairs.

You will also assist with minor repairs, safety checks, and coordinating with tradespersons for larger repairs, as well as showing apartments and offices to prospective tenants. The role requires on-site work at the physical location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.

• Perform safety and security checks.
• Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
