Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience : 5 years or more
Languages : Portuguese, Spanish (Castilian)
Work Setting and Tasks :
- Train staff / workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other units
- Food safety / handling skills
Supervision :
Regulations Knowledge :
- CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- High temperature short time (HTST) pasteurization processing
