Job description

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience : 5 years or more

Languages : Portuguese, Spanish (Castilian)

Work Setting and Tasks :

• Train staff / workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other units
• Food safety / handling skills

Supervision :

• Supervise 5-10 people

Regulations Knowledge :

• CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• High temperature short time (HTST) pasteurization processing
