  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and report malfunctions or required repairs.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and request replacements as needed.
  • Assist with the set-up and breakdown of equipment or furniture for meetings and events.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance work.
  • Communicate effectively with building tenants and management to resolve maintenance concerns or requests.
  • Collaborate with fellow maintenance workers and contractors on larger projects and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repair tasks.
